Tim Kleman, Founder & President
Tim Kleman has an extensive history with business transactions through experience with mergers & acquisitions, business ownership and commercial real estate brokerage. Tim has owned and operated seven businesses, including manufacturing, service, construction, print & marketing and restaurants. He has consulted for numerous tree care companies and individuals and would love the opportunity to share his experience with you.
As an entrepreneur in multiple different areas of work, Tim relates well with business owners and understands the joys and challenges of running your own business. Tim’s previous businesses have ranged in size, spanning from two employees to over one hundred employees. Moreover, there’s not a business he can’t relate to and specializes in unique situations. Tim has a broad knowledge of the many facets of business and market forces. He is able to help his clients with their operation structure through hands-on guidance as well as provide solutions and recommendations that increase the profitability and salability of their business.
Tim Kleman is extremely passionate about the buying and selling process of businesses. He understands it’s a big life change and his biggest desire is to make the transition easy and seamless. He is trust-worthy and honest and loves to help his clients reach success.
Tim is a graduate of Florida State University with degrees in both Commercial Real Estate and Marketing through the College of Business. He loves spending time with his wife and three sons and enjoys everything outdoors.
